Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately to update your address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.

Yes, for eligible returns, we can schedule a pickup from your address. This service is available for orders over $150.
